Refund/Cancellation Policy
_Diversified Resources of SW MI remains committed to total customer satisfaction and actively seeks opportunities to improve your customer experience in all divisions of our firm. Commercial Turn, Home/Pest Inspection, Property Preservation, and Floyd's Ribs are scheduled based on a first-come, first-serve basis and team availability.
To this end, this division is happy to process any requests for refunds received up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time will be honored minus a 20% administrative fee designed to cover copies, payment processing fees, and staff time. Any request submitted with less than 8 hours notice but more than 4 hours will be honored; however, a cancellation fee equaling 1/4 of the invoiced amount will be deducted in addition to a 20% administrative fee. A refund request received with less than 4 hours notice will be honored; however, a cancellation fee equaling 1/2 of the invoiced amount will be deducted in addition to a 10% administrative fee. Any refund requests received during or after the scheduled service date and time will be considered on a case by case basis. |
